Realty Specialists was formed in 2002 in Las Vegas, Nevada, by Michael J. Longi. Michael is the Broker of Realty Specialists, and was recently awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute, one of the nation's leading commercial real estate associations.
The CCIM designation is awarded to real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis — the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis.

Michael J. Longi moved to Las Vegas in 1992 after he received an honorable discharge from the Navy. He graduated from UNLV with a BSBA, with an emphasis in marketing. Upon graduation he accepted a position as a loan officer and later became a real estate agent and obtained his Broker-Salesman's license. In September of 2000, he formed Planet For Sale.com. Michael later became a Broker-Owner and his company is doing business as Realty Specialists.
His vast experience gives him an advantage most other real estate agents do not have. He has an aggressive marketing approach that is unsurpassed in the community.
